The white parts are likely corking. Happens when the peppers grows quickly and cracks slightly then heals. Completely fine and some people seek after these corked peppers

Black tint is like a little sun burn it’s fine

That’s a tasty looking jalapeño

Now is the time to pick it if you want a green jalapeno. It’ll be red shortly, that’s the color change starting.

Nah, no good. Please ship the entire plant to me to be properly disposed of. I will happily take care of it for you.
(It looks great. Enjoy, I find there’s a big difference between store bought and home grown Jalapenos!)

Yes it looks great actually

They usually blacken before going red. White is corking, which is a good thing. Harvest whenever and Godspeed!

White dots are where it’s getting so thiq and juicy it’s bursting the skin leaking a little and drying😂 it’s called “corking” and it’s a good thing👍🏼

Corking – and this is actually preferred for jalapeños as it’s a sign of moving toward fully ripe. I guess we’re so conditioned to the green jalapeños that the idea of them turning red is like a quote from Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure – “Whooooaaah!”
I prefer the red jalapeño, but unless you grow them, you won’t see them too often. I guess it’s a matter of taste, but that’s just me. The first time I let mine ripen fully I thought they were ruined by turning red. I decided to try one and see how “horrible” the experience would be and got blown away at how much better they were.
